The continuous depreciation of the resource base quality of the Republic of Tatarstan demands for drastic measures, directed to efficiency improvement of the enhanced oil recovery available technologies and creation of fundamentally new technologies of oil fields rational development on the basis of new scientific achievements in the field of geology, physics, chemistry. It is necessary to modernize the oil industry of the Republic of Tatarstan saturating it with innovations. The article describes in details the problems of accepted Energy Strategy for the period up to 2030 year, as well as solutions approach is proposed.
