In the article the authors state the increasing interest of Russian and international geological community to the problem of deep-seated origin of petroleum. It is concluded that the fact of oil fields current inflow by fluids can be definitely established (or refuted) by force of special parametric drilling of the predicted oil supply channels and the following monitoring of geophysical, geochemical and field characteristics in the drilled well bores.
